Meditation has recently gained a lot of popularity. Meditation has also sparked a lot of interest. One of the most common questions I hear from you is how to start meditating? Now, I'm going to tell you the answer in this essay.

First and foremost, my most crucial piece of advice for you is to begin meditation with a teacher, a master. My school of meditation is Classical Vedic Meditation. I learned and mastered this school down to the last detail. Whatever teaching is, my principle is to go deep into it. This is my first piece of advice for you.

What Is NOT Meditation?

What is meditation? You are mistaken if you believe I will begin my writing with the question. First of all, I'd like to clarify what meditation is not, but not what it is. Because we have so much incorrect information about meditation, it is far more vital to grasp what meditation is not at this point. Let's take a look at what meditation isn't:

  • Meditation is not a method of self-relaxation.
  • Meditation is not a feel-good method.
  • Meditation is not a method to feel more positive.

Meditation is a Method of Confrontation

I tried to briefly explain what meditation is not. When a person makes a habit of meditating on a regular basis, he becomes a spiritually powerful individual. This is because meditators learn to confront. In short, we can say that meditation is a journey to face ourselves.

How to Meditate Without a Master?

One of the most often asked topics about meditation is how to meditate alone, how to get used to practice meditation on your own. Close your eyes and think about these questions when you're alone. Allow yourself 3 or 5 minutes alone without attempting to change your ideas. Never try to be positive when doing this; instead, concentrate on being alone.

This app is the most basic and easiest way of meditation. This is something you can do right now! Take a few deep breaths while closing your eyes. You don't need to do anything else, just stay with yourself.

Change nothing about how you feel or how you think.

This isn't exactly a meditation practice. It's better to think of it as a warm-up for daytime meditation. This will be a really beneficial practice for you if you are thinking about taking a step into meditation and progressing on this path.

It is important that you spend a few minutes with yourself and face yourself while thinking about it throughout the day. Spending a few minutes in this manner will do you good.

Breathing Exercises as Meditation Preparation

To prepare for meditation, spend 3-5 minutes with yourself without trying to change your thoughts. Breathing exercises, in addition to this, are very accurate exercises for meditation preparation.

If you find it difficult to meditate, completing regular meditation exercises will be very beneficial to you. You should make a small dysfunctional change in your breathing if you claim "I can't stop my thinking, I can't be alone with myself." This type of practice can help you develop a good breathing habit and improve your meditation.

Do’s and Don’ts You Need to Know Before You Start Meditation

In order to start meditation, you must first go through a thorough preparation process. Because you must practice meditation for at least 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening once you have learned it. When opting to begin meditation, it is critical to go through such a preraratory phase first.

When you first begin meditating, you should spend as much time as possible alone during the day. During this time, avoid making any changes. Because meditation is the time when you naturally stay with yourself. If you find it difficult to do so, breathing exercises and small breaks of 3 or 5 minutes will be quite beneficial.

Meditation has now become an integral part of our daily routine. We live in a stressful environment, and the importance of meditation is becoming increasingly apparent.
