Classic Vedic Meditation, is not ‘’one of the many meditation techniques’’, it is The One and Only Ancient Way of Meditating. It is the Grandmother of all techniques you hear or know today.

It is the very first.

Today, there are many styles of meditation, born from this one method.

The source of Classic Vedic Meditation is the Vedas, a series of texts that form the basis of Indian philosophy, all branches of yoga and the science of Ayurvedic Medicine. For centuries, all of these disciplines have had an enormous impact on people’s health and wellbeing around the world. 

With classic Vedic meditation, we go on a journey of self discovery and apply what we learn to the daily aspects of our living.

Classic Vedic Meditation is practice with a mantra, a phrase that is repeated silently in our mind. Mantra comes from two Sanskrit words, ‘’man’’ which means ‘’the mind’’ and ‘’tra’’ which means vehicle or transport. Mantra means, taking your mind from one place to another, transporting the mind, while your body relaxes fully. 

There are different mantras, used in Vedic meditation, like OM (the sound of the universe or divine consciousness), SO HUM (I AM THAT, connecting us with pure consciousness), OM PADME OM, /The jewel in the lotus, building the ability to overcome and find the jewel in every difficulty) or AHAM (simply, I AM) which I use in my meditation practice. 

Why Vedic Meditation? 

 Vedic Meditation, activates the parasympathetic nervous system and governs relaxation and rejuvenation. It helps the body to fully relax and helps us sleep better and deeper, by reducing the stress chemicals in the body.

It eases panic and anxiety, heals ‘’stress related issues’’ and aids creativity. It helps our mind to become much more clear, focused and our brain start working better. 

Our prefrontal cortex starts releasing more dopamine which aids the excutive mind. It helps us focus and end our suffering due to emotional charges. The emotional charges balance by themselves. 

The Crystal Clear Mind System will give you all the tools you need to have a clear, creative, focused mind and a balanced emotional state. 


THE MEDITATION COURSE: Online home study course series, a  meditation training, for beginners and also for people who would like to become Vedic meditation teachers.

MEDITATION INTENSIVE RETREAT: A weekend retreat, accommodation and meals not included. 

ADVANCED MEDITATION PROGRAMME: Students who complete the Classical Vedic Meditation Course and have been practising meditation regularly for at least a year can request to be included in the Advanced Meditation Group when they feel ready. Once approved by our teacher, they can start their unique 6-month journey. This journey is one of the prerequisites of the VIPASSANA COURSE and MEDITATION COACHING.
