THE MINDSET LEADING TO ILLNESSES

strategy Apr 03, 2022

The most important capital of humans is health. But just like health, illnesses are also a fact of life, which we can encounter quite frequently. Research shows that our mindset is among the main reasons that lie at the root of illnesses. When we fail to direct our mind properly, sickness inevitably finds us. In this article, we will look at the mindset that causes illnesses and how to change it.

Living in Line with Values and a Higher Purpose

Dear friends, as I always say, when you live in line with your values and higher purpose, you have fewer judgments and no longer harbor a one-sided point of view. When you are not aligned with your values and higher purpose, you are conditioned by the values and truths of the people you admire. You end up having frivolous judgments and a subjective point of view and fail to look at life with an open mind, from a broad perspective. This, in turn, causes you to lose your creativity and disrupts your balance. You become excessively emotional and frequently fall sick.

I have previously written that illnesses are a reflection of distorted consciousness. Here, I would like to go into a little more detail.

Distinctive Features of People Who Always Think They're Right

Let's look at the common features of people who always consider themselves right. In general, these people think others are in the wrong. They talk about the mistakes of others, judging people around them and the world according to their own values. They don't feel pain because they embrace it.

These people are also extremely helpful and giving. They feel the need to be well-liked by others. They have a hero-like attitude; they go around acting like Spartacus. They want to look strong and look down on everything, saying, "it doesn't matter". They don't want to get sick or see a doctor.

Distinctive Features of People Who Always Think They're Wrong

Those who always think they are wrong and others are right are extremely sensitive to pain and try to avoid it. Because these people are weak and in need of others; they are cowardly and timid; they constantly seek help, support, and sympathy, and they visit doctors often. They tell many stories, each one very important according to them, and they blow even the tiniest event out of proportion. They care too much about everything and want to be cared for constantly.

Which Attitude Should We Choose?

Which of these people do you think has the right attitude and mindset? Which can find peace and become successful? Dear friends, unfortunately, both of these attitudes are manifestations of an unstable mindset. These two unbalanced levels of consciousness also lead to different illnesses.

So, is it possible to get rid of these mindsets and improve ourselves? Yes, if you manage to balance your mind, you will also balance and heal these two distorted ways of seeing the world. And then, you will lead a balanced life of health and well-being where you experience both states equally. As is the case with everything else, maintaining mental balance is the only way to heal illnesses.

Have you ever noticed that you get sick and physically distressed when your mind is not balanced? And that you feel healthier when you are in a state of balance?

Until next time, stay healthy and happy.
