HOW DOES OUR CONSCIOUSNESS INFLUENCE OUR HEALTH?

strategy Apr 17, 2022

Who doesn't want to live in a constant state of health and peace without getting sick? But illnesses and hardships brought on by them are also a part of life, just like health and happiness. So, what is the real cause of sickness? Is there a relationship between sickness and consciousness? Can our consciousness be the source of illnesses? In this article, we will talk about illness and consciousness. Let's get started…

Consciousness Is the Underlying Factor of Sickness

I can tell you in a nutshell that, in general, all our illnesses are a reflection of our consciousness. Let's open this up a little bit.

Dear readers, no disease happens by coincidence. All diseases that come our way arise to reflect whatever is in our consciousness. For example, all diseases begin with your inability to see yourself. When you don't want to accept yourself, when you refuse to be who you are, you struggle not to see that you are one and the same with all of humanity. And, as a matter of fact, at the root of all diseases lies the effort to see oneself as separate from humanity.

Let's look at some examples of the mistakes that we all make in our effort to see ourselves separate from others. We might say things like, "He's rude, I'm kind," "She's a bad person whereas I'm good", "He's doing this, I'm doing that", "Her actions are wrong, I'm right," and a million other things.

Do You Want to Reach True Healing?

Perceiving ourselves as different from others lies at the root of diseases. So, which path should we follow to achieve true healing, be healthy and stay healthy?

True healing begins by seeing that you have the same personal characteristics, behaviours, attitudes, actions or inaction inherent in all people. As long as you refuse this fact and try to position yourself as a separate being, you will get sick.

The Illusion of Perceiving Oneself Different Than Others

As long as you think of yourself as different from others, you create an illusion for yourself that you can never reach. As you continue perceiving yourself as different from everyone else, you eventually get to a point where diseases start to emerge. It's as if you're saying, "See, I've proven to myself that I'm different from you. You're healthy, but I have cancer; you aren't in pain, but I'm suffering. See? I'm different!"

At the root of all diseases lies your lack of self-acceptance, your inability to see yourself as one with the rest of humanity, your effort to position yourself as different from others. The more intense your efforts are, the more severe diseases you will face.

Until next time, stay happy and healthy.
