This workshop is the first step to Breath Coaching Certificate Programme which will completely change your life and hundreds of people you coach, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually at all levels.
Basic Breath Training allows you to analyse and start changing your dysfunctional breathing and thinking habits.
You will have 2 breathing sessions and one breath analysis in this one day workshop.
You will learn;
what dysfunctional breathing habits are,
their triggers, history and motivation,
methods and tools to start learning new, functional breathing habits,
how to do a breathing session on your own,
the meaning behind breathing habits and how they effect our lives.
